Are the prices fixed or can they change?
All prices shown are starting rates. Your exact price is confirmed after a free on-site survey and is issued as a written fixed quote. Once you approve it, the price does not change — no surprise extras on move day.
Which residential package should I choose — Silver or Gold?
If your move is within 20km and you need a straightforward move, Silver is the right choice. If you are moving further (up to 40km), need more time, or want white glove packing and concierge services, choose Gold. Not sure? WhatsApp us and we will advise.
Do you charge extra for weekends or after-hours?
No. Weekend and after-hours moves are available at the same fixed price as weekday moves. This is one of our key differentiators — no overtime premium.
What is included in the price?
All packages include packing materials, loading and offloading, transport, and basic furniture disassembly and reassembly. The Gold package also includes white glove specialised packing, high-end storage options and concierge services.
Do I pay a deposit upfront?
No large upfront deposit is required for most moves. Payment is typically made on completion. Specific terms will be confirmed when we issue your fixed quote.
What if the move takes longer than expected?
Silver allows up to 8 hours and Gold allows up to 15 hours. If a move is likely to exceed the duration, we will advise you during the free survey so there are no surprises.
