How much does it cost to move a house in Kampala?
Our Silver package starts from UGX 435,500 for a studio room and goes up to UGX 1,300,000 for a 5-bedroom home. The Gold package starts from UGX 565,500 (studio) to UGX 1,690,000 (5 bedroom). All prices are subject to a free on-site survey. Disclaimer: all rates are subject to inspection.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold?
Silver covers moves up to 20km, takes up to 8 hours, and includes standard packing and basic equipment. Gold covers moves up to 40km, allows up to 15 hours, and adds white glove specialised packing, high-end storage options and concierge services.
Do you move on weekends?
Yes. Weekend moves are available at no extra charge — same fixed price any day of the week. Book at least 2–3 weeks ahead for month-end weekends when demand is highest.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekday moves, 1 week is usually enough. For weekend moves, especially at month-end, we recommend 2–3 weeks in advance.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes — all packing materials are included in both packages. Bubble wrap, moving blankets, stretch wrap, cardboard boxes and tape are all supplied by our crew.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, shelving units and any furniture that needs to be taken apart is disassembled before the move and reassembled at the new address. This is included in both packages.
Can you move just one or two items?
Yes. For single-item or partial moves, contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote. A minimum charge applies.
Do you move to areas outside Kampala?
Yes. We serve Entebbe, Jinja, Mukono, Wakiso and other nearby areas. Distance beyond 20km (Silver) or 40km (Gold) may attract an additional fee — we will confirm this in your free survey.
What if something gets damaged?
All moves include goods-in-transit insurance. If any item is damaged during the move, we handle the claim. Our crew is trained to handle your belongings with care from start to finish.
What time do you start in the morning?
Our crew typically arrives from 7:00am. We can discuss your preferred start time when you book.
